Bruce McAlpine is President of Fulcrum Search Science Inc., a 50+ year old boutique executive search firm with national and international reach.  A Royal Military College graduate, he brings 30+ years of leadership and human resources experience to bear on “mission critical” roles in mid market organizations.  A past President of both ACSESS (the Association of Canadian Search, Employment & Staffing Services) and APPAC (the Association of Professional Placement Agencies and Consultants), he is committed to adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, and to genuinely caring for the best interests of his clients.
