She is a dynamic, progressive and results driven senior operations and sales executive with over 20+ years’ experience in the staffing and human resources industry.

Darlene provides executive level direction and leadership to the operations and is responsible for the development, expansion and execution of strategies to achieve growth targets, market share goals and an unsurpassed level of customer satisfaction.

Darlene’s experience in senior operations, global account management and sales leadership has allowed her to set benchmarking standards in national and global sales, undertake successful strategic negotiations and maintain solid customer partnerships often across international boundaries
