Hannah MacDonald a next generation leader in the staffing industry, is growing her knowledge and influence around Gen Z and how Millennials, Gen Xers and Baby Boomers can prepare a path for Gen Z to grow into the future leaders that the aspire to become - NOW.  Hannah is fighting these battles in her own family business and shares from her personal experiences debating and respectfully disagreeing with her parents siblings and co-owners. Hannah has Bachelor of Science Degree with a Major in Human Resources and a minor in Entrepreneurial Studies. On the personal side of things Hannah has experience competing competitively in World Wakeboard scene, where in 2021 she took home 2nd place in her division. You’ll enjoy hearing Hannah’s carefully considered opinions even if you don’t agree with her.
